#21 Belhaven won the Southern States Athletic Conference tournament, defeating William Carey in the final 16-5. The Blazers put it away with ten runs in the third inning, led by a grand slam home run by C Ryan Saunders; all of the runs were scored with two out.
Belhaven, Lee, and Auburn-Montgomery will be in the Opening Round tournament. Faulkner, Southern Polytechnic, and Brewton-Parker will have to wait until the final coaches' poll next week.

#4 Cumberland was upset by Bethel (TN) (ISR #59) 9-7 in the first round. The Bulldogs led 5-2 after five innings, but the Wildcats scored four runs in the sixth inning on no hits, three bases on balls, and three errors. The winning run came in the seventh inning on a two-RBI double by LF Jay Lowery.
#22 Trevecca Nazarene defeated Freed-Hardeman 4-1. The winning run came on a sacrifice fly by DH Jordan Foreman.
Martin Methodist defeated Union U. (TN) (ISR #23) 2-1. Martin Methodist starter Jerry McMurtry went eight innings, allowed one run on five hits, struck out ten, threw 128 pitches. Jeremey Stack went the distance for Union U.; he allowed two runs on seven hits, struck out seven, threw 126 pitches. The winning run came on a wild pitch by Stack.

#3 Cal Baptist was taken out of the tournament by Point Loma Nazarene, 10-3. The Lancers got all their runs in the first three innings. The Sea Lions got the winning run in the fifth inning on an RBI double by 2B Tyler Kuehl. Chris Gonzalez got the win in relief. Cal Baptist was the regular-season champion.
Azusa Pacific took out #15 Fresno Pacific 6-4; the Cougars scored four runs in the top of the ninth, and DH Josh Leithe was balked in for the winning run. CF Alex Ring went 2-4 with two RBI.
Concordia-Irvine (ISR #24) defeated #13 Biola 11-8. LF Kyle Konicek singled in the winning run; he went 4-5 for the game. 3B Danny Casey went 3-4 with a double and two RBI.

#2 Oklahoma City defeated Oklahoma Christian 4-3, and the Stars needed a two-run home run by LF Julien Pollard in the bottom of the eighth to win it. Allen Townsend got the win in relief.
#5 Oklahoma Baptist defeated Wayland Baptist 6-1. Chad Hardison went the distance for the Bison, allowed five hits, struck out nine. Pioneers starter Marcus Limon put in a heroic effort; he went 8 2/3 innings, threw 171 pitches, recorded a school-record 17 strikeouts. Unfortunately, he hit a batter to force in the winning run in the first inning.
Other scores: #9 Lubbock Christian 18, Mid-America Christian 5; #19 Rogers State 18, U. of Science and Arts of Oklahoma 2.

College of Idaho defeated Menlo 5-4. The Coyotes won it with a two-run home run by RF Izaac Garsez in the bottom of the eighth Mitch Dame went the distance for the Coyotes, allowed eight hits.
#20 British Columbia defeated Simpson 5-0. Sheldon MacDonald and Andrew Ledger combined for the shutout; MacDonald went seven innings, allowed four hits, struck out six. Ledger retired all six batters that he faced, struck out one. The Thunderbirds were helped by five Simpson errors.
College of Idaho defeated Patten 9-7 in the preliminary round; the Coyotes came back from a 6-0 deficit.

#1 Embry-Riddle defeated Southeastern 9-1. 1B Chris Page went 3-4 with an grand slam home run and seven RBI. Tucker Jensen went eight innings for the Eagles, allowed one run on two hits. Brandon Creath pitched the final inning, struck out two of the three batters he faced.
South Carolina-Beaufort defeated Webber International 8-3, eliminating Webber International. This one was close until the Sand Sharks scored four runs in the eighth inning. The winning run came on a home run by DH Erik Armstrong. Adam Miller went the distance on the mound for the Sand Sharks.
Saint Thomas defeated Savannah College of Art and Design 15-9.
